The Role:
As a Solutions Manager, you will be responsible for leading the program management of post-sales deployments between Oden and the customer, marshaling resources and expertise where necessary at both parties. A successful Solutions Manager will be a domain expert in manufacturing AI, ML, and analytics applications and the manufacturing processes supplying the foundational data.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Assist pre-sales with development of solution designs, project plans, and reference architectures to build a trustful, effective engagement with the customer
  • Drive alignment of success criteria and architectures to articulate the capabilities of the Oden system and its interoperability with existing systems

  • Develop detailed implementation plans, including system configurations, data migration strategies, and integration requirements

  • Post-sales program management of all implementation steps, including alignment of resources, timelines, and technical responsibilities to business objectives

  • Developing new specs and documentation of technical procedures and user support guides

  • Strategic collaboration with Product, Engineering, and Sales on new capabilities, standards, and go-to-market direction based on customer feedback and project requirements

  • Setup, validate, and support production AI and ML applications and processes

Required Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or similar technical fields 

  • 5+ years as a Solutions Engineer, Solutions Architect, Industrial Process/Data Engineer, or similar roles involving enterprise or cloud software programs

  • Track record of successfully selling and/or deploying SaaS or enterprise software technology to large enterprises

  • Proficiency with data manipulation, via SQL or scripting languages

  • Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to various stakeholders 

  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and presentation skills

  • Passion for and understanding of new technology

  • Self-starter with the energy, drive, and determination to excel in a dynamic environment

  • Based in the Atlanta, Georgia area (or close by) to meet with customers as needed

We anticipate the base salary band for this role will be between $115,000 and $155,000, in addition to a bonus program, equity, and benefits. This role may be hired at the Manager level (base $115,000 to $145,000) or the Senior Manager level (base $130,000 to $155,000). The salary at offer will be determined by factors such as the candidate’s experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity among our team.
