The Role:

As a senior member of the marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing best-in-class marketing campaigns that drive customer acquisition and triple Oden’s growth within the next year.

You’ll develop multi-channel account-based marketing programs, lead nurture programs, marketing content, and sales enablement tools. The role requires both strategic and critical thinking as well as the ability to translate strategy into a set of marketing programs and tactics that produce results. You are a seasoned generalist with experience creating content marketing strategies, building a demand generation engine, and using best practices in digital marketing. You understand B2B marketing strategies and metrics. Ideally, you enjoy keeping up to date on new marketing channels and love continually learning and teaching best practices.
You will be both player and coach. You need to be execution-minded—not only leading but creating marketing products and content. You will mentor and manage a marketing coordinator and have the opportunity to develop the team over time. You will be a key advisor to the marketing team on marketing technology and campaign strategy.

This position would be either director or manager-level depending on the background of the successful candidate.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop multichannel demand generation and nurture campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels. Develop clear, concise briefs; campaign workflows; and tactic calendars.
  • Create and measure campaign and program objectives and key results (OKRs).

  • Execute a tiered-account ABM strategy.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content strategy. Align messaging to campaign 

    themes. Oversee content ideation and origination. Orchestrate messaging execution in the market.
  • Provide expertise in channel and content best practices.

  • Develop agile processes for campaign and content development and execution.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to determine where to place bets, and where to increase or decrease marketing investments. Develop hypotheses and tests to continually optimize results and positively impact company OKRs.
  • Direct messaging and content audits.
  • Work collaboratively with Product, Sales and Customer Success to develop and launch customer marketing programs to support expansion goals.
  • Travel as needed (up to 15%) to support marketing efforts.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Minimum 7 years of marketing experience with proven success in B2B marketing.
  • Proven success in quickly translating strategy into marketing campaigns and tactics that deliver results.
  • Deep understanding of best practices across multiple marketing channels, including email lead generation and nurture, digital advertising, website personalization, webinars, trade shows, and events.
  • Deep understanding of best practices in creating marketing content assets, such as ebooks, ads,
    videos, presentations, infographics, and articles.
  • Outstanding written, verbal and presentation communication skills with the ability to translate
    complex ideas into simple, intuitive messages
  • Strong project management skills and organizational skills to manage multiple projects
  • Data-driven, experimentative approach to testing out new strategies and channels
